Hi, I'm a new member to the forum but prior to membership had been checking it out for a while. I remember reading several weeks back that someone had some photos of Billy and the guys at Ronnie Scotts (17-7-05) gig. I was there, and would be interested in having some shots if poss. Sorry, don't know who it was that was offering the photos.

Thanks to Billy and the band for a good night,I was only disappointed with the cover versions at the end when there was plentiful material that could have been played.I appreciate that it must be difficult to get together 3 or 4 times per year and do some material justice.
It was good to see Billy still enjoying performing live and giving it everything,getting on for 20 years since I last saw him live,it won't be another 20 .........

What I saw and heard was fantastic. had to leave early to catch the last train - gutted to hear I missed the last hour!! Good to see/hear Henry again - in particular he added something different to two of my fav's Just and Angel - didn't think they could sound any better but they did! And don't need to mention how good the FB tracks sounded with Henry's piano back again. Just need the brass now ..........
And as long as I can remember, shows have closed with covers.
Lets hope the promised live album emerges someday soon eh?

I stayed and missed the last tube, but was worth it even it meant I ended up getting the 1.34 from Paddington. A brilliant brilliant show once again; absolutely faultless. My favourite evening out is definetely a Billy show ;D

what a fantastic night,i've seen billy many times and this was the best ,3 odd hrs i think(how do you do it)very good to see henry back!!!!!..i was up dancing jumping singing all night,a really good crowd as well.....i like the cover's bit at the end!!!!!!! and thanks to the 2 girls we met .had a good laugh..........hope u got home ok?  thanks again Billy................. |
